A deposit confirms your date in the diary, and you’ll receive all the information and styling guidance needed for your session. I ensure you are fully prepared and confident about your upcoming shoot so if you have any questions, or if I can assist in any way, then please let me know.

As a mother myself, I understand that babies arrive on their own schedule. I will pencil in a date 7-10 days after your due date and allow flexibility to accommodate any changes. Just notify me when your little one arrives, and together we will confirm a suitable date when you are home and settled.

On the day of your session, you’ll be welcomed into our Harrogate home studio where you can relax in my beautiful home studio. Your session includes portraits of all the family, newborns, newborns and siblings, siblings and parents as well as family portraits. Each session is unique, designed to reflect the individuality of your family, and I aim to make your entire experience, enjoyable and stress-free.

Absolutely! I believe in capturing the excitement and joy of the entire family. Whether it’s a maternity or newborn photoshoot or a birthday session, everyone is welcome to participate. I capture a range of images with all immediate family members, ensuring that your final gallery is filled with diverse and meaningful photos.

I recommend neutral and natural colours to maintain a timeless feel in your photographs. For family shoots, coordinating colours that complement each other is best. Upon booking, you’ll receive a Welcome Guide with detailed styling tips. I have a packed Mama wardrobe which is perfect for all mamas (and mamas to be!). I also have an extensive wardrobe for younger members - from newborn to toddler!, which you are welcome to use during your session.

Yes, I do! For families who prefer the comfort of their own homes, I offer tailored sessions that suit your family perfectly. Whether that's the comfort of your home, garden or out and about. Just let me know your preference when booking, and I will arrange everything to ensure a seamless experience. These sessions are perfect for all types of sessions and can also include your four-legged family members.
